Crysis...help me

iight so ive been kinda wanting crysis for a while. and its dirt cheap. i was wondering, should i get it for my birthday (this coming monday) or should i wait till i get my new video card (probably at the end of summer)?

I think it would make the game more enjoyable going through it with better performance the first time, but i also think it would be cool to see the change in performance, to really see how much of a difference it made..

oh and i can play it very well on medium, kinda meh on very high, and if i crank up AA its a slide show, not a game.

im going from an XFX 9800 GTX+ 512MB to an EVGA GTX 460 1GB.,

i cant get a new video card for my birthday. its too expensive, seeing as i already got a bike for my birthday... lawl....
