I Just read that this is resurrected from the old franchise. I hope its as good as it was back in the day. I cant wait.

"Resurrected from the old franchise"? They never really stopped making MOH games. Sure, it's been a couple years since the last major game in the series, but it's not like it died or anything.

My hope is that they renew the franchise starting from the first game. That game was great (imo) and Id like to see a revamp off the idea that the first game of two came off of.

I'd say that practically every major big-name FPS from the past 10 years or so has been a "revamp" of the original MOH. MOH was sort of the genesis of the linear, heavily-scripted, high-spectacle "cinematic" FPS (not saying that's a bad thing, or whatever; just sayin').

I've been playing a lot of MW2 and would probably like to move on and it's looking like MoH will be it.
