I am not playing it because once again the steam servers are too busy to deal with my request as I slowly watch it download bit by bit. Along with it getting paused and so on. 59%...

Can't you change your download server to a less used one? I've used one in Ireland before and it worked fine.

Yeah, if you try different download servers you'll usually come across one that will give you a better speed. If not, I guess you'll just have to wait for the traffic to die down a bit.
