It has the same engine / Graphics as Fallout 3, and is set in Vegas, with new enemies to make it more difficult, also has a "Hardcore" mode which means, stimpacks don't heal your broken bones (Need to visit a doctor), ammo has weight so you have to manage better. (And a few other things that escaped my mind)... If you are someone who says "Same graphics, that's going to be terrible" You obviously didn't play this game how it should have been played, and that is with an AMAZING story.

I tried fallout 3 a whule back and I just couldnt get into it for some reason. I had heard great things and really wanted to like it. I guess it just wasnt for me, it was either that or I just didnt get far enough in. :P (about 5 hours, I think)
